I want to know why Jarome Iginla is at 100% Condition and he is still injured???

He was suspended because of the Sharks' finances. Dallas' Marleau is suspended for the same reason.

This is nothing personal, of course. We just cannot allow San Jose's bank to continue to trend negative. As soon as you can make a move to either acquire cash or shed salary, he will come off of "hold-out" status.

It's our way of protecting the team before it's driven too far into the ground. This is no fault of yours of course, and you will be given a lot of flexibility to correct the situation.
For instance, we generally frown on GMs trading players that were just signed within the past year. But since you are new & walking into a situation which you did not create, we will overlook that sort of thing. There could be other exceptions made, such as allowing a trade that involved more that $5M cash (although that's already a lot of money).
All I'm saying is that plan on anything you like. Then just run it by Michel & me if it seems to violate any established rule.
