How do I know what draft picks I have available? Also, how can I calculate how a trade will affect my salary? Also, where can I see my salary? How can I change my morale?

Draft picks are under the link on your team info page Team Prospects.
As for the salary you get from trades and signings, just check the link Finance on your team info page.
Your morale is affected only by how your team performs on the ice: win it gets better, lose it goes down.
And when you are doing your lines with the editor, you can change your prices on your tickets with the Finance button.

Where can I find the team prospects page?
What is the best way to set up the ticket prices? Or is it different from team to team?
Thanks!

When you go to see your team on the TFNHL site, just below your team name, you have a whole bunch of links like your team scoring leaders, farm team leaders, prospects, your schedule, etc.
As for the ticket prices, well you'll have to tweek it yourself by watching your team game reports. When you see somthing like:
Level 1 -- Attendance: 5630 (93.83%) -- Ticket Income $534,850
That means that maybe if you cut the ticket price by 1$ or 2$, you might get a full on 100% attendance.

About morale, I believe it affects player morale when they are traded & when they are demoted to farm. How to improve morale? When you learn a way to do it besides winning games, I'd love to know. Most of the time in LA, morale just gets progressively lower as the season ensues. If you win/lose a "rivalry" match, the morale is affected a bit more, but not drastically. Oh, and if you are still having trouble finding the pages you want to see, just reply again & I'll type something up more descriptive. Hopefully Jose (Toronto's) email was helpful. We're very excited to have you in the league and want to make sure you feel welcome & comfortable. Got to make sure you are able to manage your team to the fullest & have all the info you need available to you!
